UK - Royal Mail tracked 24/48 services and DPD (exclusions apply).

RM48: £3.95 for Royal Mail 48-hour delivery from dispatch (working days only). Free over £60. 

RM24: £4.95 for Royal Mail 24-hour delivery from dispatch (working days only). 

DPD: £5.95 - delivery in 1 to 2 working days. We recommend using RM24 for speed, we offer DPD for customers who prefer the service. 

We aim to dispatch within one to two working days, ordered received after 12:00pm will be sent the following day. Estimate time for delivery is usually two to four working days (exc. weekends and Bank Holidays). 

EU: We offer a tracked service to most European countries. We benefit from the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme. 

With IOSS, all orders under €150 will NOT be subject to import tax or duty. You will automatically be charged your local country VAT rate at checkout, meaning there are no surprise import or duty fees when your order arrives. It simplifies shipping and ensures a smoother delivery experience for our EU friends.

IOSS is a taxation system which makes it easier to collect and pay VAT (Value-Added Tax) for online orders under €150 (excluding VAT) sent to the EU from the UK.

For all orders over €150, local tax or custom duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

For countries outside the UK and EU, shipping rates will be provided on request.

If an international customer refuses the shipment due to customs duty costs, they will be responsible for return shipping and any administrative charges levied by international delivery companies, which will be deducted from the refund.
